Cylinder Boring

Cylinders are trued, rough bored and then finished honed with the diamond stone system. All work done with torque plates to match assembled  conditions.

Total headwork and cylinder boring.  Kits include forged pistons and cams

Omega 98" and 107" big bore kits

98" for 4" Stroke

Using stock Harley-Davidson cylinders, the wizards at D.M.E. , true, bore & diamond finish hone to match the  3.937" forged CP pistons.

107" for 4 3/8" Stroke

Using the same stock Harley cylinders & 3.937 bore, your 4 3/8" stroke motor will now be 107" 

Full Port Heads

Complete race proven full port job, larger intake valves massaged in along with new guides, valves, high lift springs, collars & keepers. These magic fire  breathing heads are finished with the five angle valve job. 

Forged Pistons by CP

3.937" pistons by CP. These are world class forged pistons for Harley-Davidson engines.

Performance Cams

Recommended cam kits are the TC-590 for '05 and ealier Dynas along with '06 & earlier Touring/Softails. For '06  and later Dynas & 07 and up Softails/Touring, the TC-575 cam is the one.

Competition Five Angle Valve Job Upgrade

Complete five angle valve job. Increase sealing and Flow. For more performance use the TC-510 cam that works very well with stock heads.

Pro-Stock Heads

This package from DME utilizes stock heads, stock style valves and springs. Heads are ported by the Wizards. Works with stock or stock style pistons.

Mega-Sphere Package

These beautiful heads have the complete Mega-Sphere flow work along with the 20 degree machining that matches the forged pistons that construct a megaphone squish area along with lots of power. Throttle on
